Melamine is an open cell polymer, light weight and versatile, low density. Suitable for every application requiring sound absorption and the ability to withstand heat (up to +240°C), flame and various chemical agents. Available in plain sheets or cut panels, it can also be laminated with aluminium foil or Kevlar.

Melamine is used as insulating panel in recording studios, as heat protection in HVAC systems, aeroplane seats, as thermal and sound insulation in the automotive and construction sectors.
