Solid rubber materials
Our range of materials
Included in this category is rubber and other solid materials more appropriately belonging to the world of plastics. Unlike foam rubber, solid rubber doesn’t have a cellular structure and therefore it is generally a much harder product, difficult to be compressed. Solid rubber hardness is measured in Shore A scale (foam rubber hardness can be measured in Shore 00 but its most appropriate indicator is “Compression Set”, measuring its elasticity). Typical examples of solid rubber materials are industrial floors and carpets, rubber linings, car door seals, gaskets, anti vibration and shock absorbers, rubber suitable for food contact, rubber fabric, conveyor belts, advertising displays.
