PRODUCTION TOLERANCE

Sheets can be supplied in thicknesses ranging from 2 to 60 mm, with the following tolerances:
mm +/- 0.5 for thicknesses from 2 to 8 mm
mm +/- 1.0 for thicknesses from 9 to 20 mm
mm +/- 2.0 for thicknesses from 21 to 40 mm
mm +/- 3-0 for thicknesses from 41 to 60 mm

PRODUCTS

Closed cell expanded rubber
Materials in expanded rubber from the CELLOFLEX Series are primarily used for thermal and acoustic insulation, watertight. They are elastic, light, resistant to atmospheric agents, waterproof and flame retardant

CELLOFLEX 200 Serie
Synthetic Neoprene caoutchouc rubber. Flame retardant, it has been specifically designed to withstand sharp changes in temperatures and adverse weather conditions. In case of fire, the flames go off by themselves within a few seconds. Ozone and oxygen resistant. Does not deteriorate in the presence of oil and greases, and is resistant to chemical products.

CELLOFLEX 300 Series
Synthetic ethylene-Propylene caoutchouc rubber Stands out for its exceptional resistance to ozone, oxygen and low temperatures. Good dielectric characteristics. As such, it is recommended when an elastic, watertight product that will be exposed to adverse weather conditions is required.
